Bad Company Asked Me to Remove My Review from Amazon…

I’ve been reviewing products since 2004, maybe even 2003 and I’ve done thousands of them and every once in a while you run across bad companies. I get emails all the time asking me to review products and the majority of them I ignore or tell them I’m just not interested as I only review things I have a need for or things that I would actually buy, or consider buying.

“Everything seems to be smart these days, we’ve got all kinds of smart stuff coming out and health and fitness products are very popular. The most common thing or should I say core item is the scale, if you want to get fit usually the goal is to lose weight and you need a good scale to give you accurate measurements, but not all scale are the same. Today for the review I have the Taylor Bluetooth Smart Scale which give you your weight but also can measure things like Fat Mass, Muscle Mass, and Body Water and it can send all this data to your iOS or Android device so you can keep track. Taylor does have their own free app you can use but the scale can also be used with other popular fitness apps. Read on to learn more… ”

Review of Fraser FS11 Digital Touchscreen Kitchen Scale

So I’m going to be doing more reviews here, more home and family things as they don’t fit on my tech sites really, but I’m interested in them and I use them. My kids are also in scouting so I’m going to be doing outdoor related things too…

Up for review today I have a digital scale that features a touchscreen and is priced right now on Amazon for only $17 and I think it’s well worth it. I love to cook, I was a chef for many years so a scale come sin handy in the kitchen, but scales are just something that’s very useful to have around the house for other projects as well.

I mentioned scouting above, and they have the Pinewood Derby races where you have the make a race car out of a block of wood but there are weight limits and you just have to have an accurate scale for the weight or you could actually be disqualified from the races. So a scale is great to have for not only in the kitchen but around the house for various other things. Well that might need correcting, I should say ‘an accurate scale is great to have’, and the Fraser FS11 is very accurate from my testing of it.
