Hair Tamer Ergo Detangling Hair Brush Teezer

The hair is in a difficult and vulnerable place after it’s been washed. Wet hair is heavier, and the scalp is more sensitive so it’s harder to keep from pulling and breaking hair. But with the “Ergo” detangling brush from Hair Tamer you’ll have a gentle and low cost solution. The lightweight body is set with short plastic bristles that will run smoothly through the hair, gently pushing through the knots. And the body is designed to fit in your hand so it’s easier to control. This brush feels great on the head and in the hand.

Features:
-Lightweight
-Fits right into the palm of your hand for comfortable control
-Detangles hair with ease
-Works on even the curliest, most knotted hair
-Unique bristle configuration virtually stops breakage & split ends

The Review:

The packaging for the Salon Guys detangling hair brush is a clear plastic box with a cardboard insert, works fine and it looks good.

I’m a guy with long hair so a good brush is nice to have, especially one that detangles. They sent me pink in color for review, not sure why I got pink, any other color would have been nice I think, but whatever, it’s pink.

The brush is lightweight, it’s made of plastic and it’s hollow inside. It measures 7.5 x 2.5 x 1.5 inches in dimensions. All in all it feels well made, no real issues about the quality.

The shape though is a bit odd for me, it really doesn’t have much of  a handle as a traditional brush would have. You hold the brush more with your whole hand and not just by the handle as it offers more control this way.

The bristles of the brush are alternating rows of tall and short and they’re a semi-stiff plastic material.

As I said I have long hair so I like a brush like this. I keep my hair tied up in a pony tail most of the time and it gets tangled but this brush does do a good job of getting out the knots, much better than the traditional brush I was using for sure.

The bristles are pointy and when you first use it that can hurt your scalp so you do have get accustomed to using it. After a while you feel the pressure and it won’t hurt as much, the hey to using it is not to push and pull hard through your hair.

As a guy I do like this brush, it’s just what I needed, the color not so much, but the actual brush works just fine at doing what it’s supposed to do.

Pros:

+Light and easy to use

+Works well to detangle

+Seems well made

+Inexpensive

Cons:

-Bristles are pointy and can hurt head at first
