"Solar power is everywhere around us, it’s the sun after all, and last I checked there’s  few trillion or so years left of life in it so I figure why not take advantage of it? Today for review I’ve got the Apollo Solar USB Charger from Poweradd and it’s basically  a large solar panel with a USB port on it to charge your devices while on the go, wherever you go. "I’ve got a quick review for you today of a small portable battery from Poweradd called the Pilot X1. This battery is 5200mAh in capacity and should provide about two charges for most phones out there today. The Pilot X1 is small and portable, really pocket size and it’s well made and best of all it’s inexpensive coming in at under fifteen dollars. The Pilot X1 has a single USB port on it for charging but it also has a built-in LED light so it would be great for emergency situations or taking it with you on a hike or camping. The one blatantly different thing I’ve noticed about these batteries is that even though they’re getting larger in capacity, they’re getting smaller in size and that can only be a good thing of course. The Pilot 2GS has dual UBS ports as I mentioned, one is 1amp and the other 2.1amps so you can charge virtually any USB enabled device, tablets, phones, mp3 players, pretty much anything and that makes it a very valuable thing to have when you need some extra power on the go.
