Review Quote:
"The media player market has exploded over the past few years if you didn’t notice and it seems you can find then with just about every option imaginable. There are times though when you don’t want or need all those options, you just want something basic that is easy to use and plays your media like its supposed to.  Today for review I’ve got the Hornettek Fantasy HD media player that’s small and portable, very easy to use but yet it will play most any type of media file out there today. The Fantasy offers HDMI or composite connection along with SPDIF for optical if you want to go that route. The Fantasy doesn’t use a hard drive, you can use either a USB drive or memory card to get your media to your TV making life that much simpler. Let’s check it out… "

Apple iPod Touch 4th Gen 8GB Media Player Review

I’m sure what I have today for review needs no introduction, it’s the iPod Touch 4th Gen 8GB from Apple. There is one thing that makes it a bit different, it’s the fact that it’s not new, it’s a refurbished or basically used product. I know not a lot of people don’t like refurbs for whatever reason, but personally I’ve never had an issue with anything I’ve ever gotten that way; I’ve saved money and I’ve gotten what I wanted.

Hornettek Showcase Media Player Review

Today for review I’ve got another media player, this time it’s the Showcase from Hornettek that can use either a 2.5” or 3.5” hard drive for the storage of your stuff. The Showcase can support many different types of media formats, and it has outputs for HDMI, composite and component so you’ve got choices in how you want to hook it up. This media player works well, but it’s rather basic, so let’s just jump right into it.

Patriot PBO Core Media Player Review

A long time ago I reviewed a little product called the Box Office media player from Patriot, and I found it to be a very nice little product and so do many other people out there today. Patriot has updated the Box Office and renamed it to the PBO Core, the name is different and so is the interface. Everything has been updated overall, and that’s a good thing as it makes the entire experience that much more enjoyable.
